It is good to see someone who does not think obvious incompetence should be used as a defense for Mann. That was over looking all the evidence provided by Mann himself.

This looks like a situation where the “I was just following orders!” defense comes into play soon. As well as pointing to others that were responsible for leading poor souls down the wrong path. Then there will be the “Peer Pressure defense of every one else was doing it and I wanted to fit in with the “IN CROWD”.
Most of those did not work in Nuremberg and that is the type of tribunal this situation requires. I have not done the numbers but think the destruction resulting from the AGW promotion is getting close to equaling WWII!

That there has been, within the UN IPCC, deceit with intent to commit fraud is clear. The litany of deliberate misrepresentations is lengthy and consistent.
